Placing an Order

Most people are comfortable these days with the process of placing an order online. For those that aren’t, we have tried to make it as simple as possible.
 
If you know what product you want, the fastest way is to click on the brand image on the home page. This will take you to a list of the products from that brand that we currently have on offer.
If you aren’t sure what you want, you might want to consider our current bestsellers or any special offers we may have, or just browse through the different brands and read the descriptions to find the product that best suits your needs.

You may also notice that we sell our most expensive balls in half dozen quantities.  This is because we appreciate that not everyone wants to buy top of the range balls in dozens.  You don't have to at the golf course, so why should you online?
 
Add to Basket will register your desire to purchase an item, and will take you to the Shopping Basket area where you are able to select the number of products you require, remove items, return to the product pages or proceed to Checkout.  This is where we will collect the necessary personal details to process and pay for your order.

Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone. For many people however putting card details into a web site is still uncomfortable, as we are not sure what is happening to the information we are submitting or where it is going.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order a confirmation will be sent by email. 

We will endeavour to ship all orders placed before midday, on the same day.
 
Unless an alternative method is selected items will be sent by 1st Class Mail.

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday.

Delivery

These are the costs and expected delivery times (as listed by our mail service provider). However, we are unable to guarantee any of the timeframes listed below as they are outside our direct control.

UK Standard Delivery: 
3-5 working days             £1.00/item

UK Special Delivery:
Operating from the Channel Islands this is a very costly alternative so we do not offer this as a standard service.  However, if you need products asap please email us for a quote.

European Delivery:
Operating from the Channel Islands this is a very costly alternative so we do not offer this as a standard service. However, if you need products to be sent to EU countries please email us for a quote.

We individually despatch orders to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.  Where more than one item is purchased in a single order, each item will be packaged and despatched separately.  We will endeavour to despatch each item as soon as an order is placed, however some delays may arise through availability of stock.

Returns/Refunds

If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied then we will provide you with a full refund of the product price, providing the products are returned unused and in undamaged, original packaging.  Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.
